Red wine from over-ripe grapes

Colour Impenetrable purplish red.
Fragrance Intense blueberry in alcohol, accompanying a floral complexity turning to wild rose.
Flavour Sweet and overwhelming with a firm structure and an unexpected ripe kaki fruit flavour.
Alcoholic grade 12% with residual sugar over 8%.
Service temperature 8-12 C°

Harvesting Manual, with repeated selection of the best grapes; controlled withering.


Vinification Destemming and soft crushing.
Rare and prolonged macerations of the grape skins, for more than 10 days.
Racking and soft crushing for a delicate extraction of the aromas.
Refinement 1-year-ripening in barrel.
No strict clarification filtrations.
No new barriques or wood chips for tanning.
